Ordering Information
All sizes in inches. Your payments will be dealt with by Paypal (you do not need an account) and the orders sent via email directly to Tim Los Photography who will print, pack and post the order via royal mail. No other third parties are involved. All photos and prints are high quality photographic laboratory produced and NOT ink jet or Laser prints. Cookies needs to be enabled to order from our web site.

High Rez Email File Purchases 
Image files ordered will be sent to your email address. Please note that files are quite large so multiple files will be sent in multiple emails. Please contact us if you think that one of your files has failed to send. We will gladly re-send files if you lose them up to 12 months after the order date. You may print and copy and forward the files to friends and relatives but they may not be used for published materials.

Child's School Photographs
DELIVERY will be directly to the school. Photos ordered online will be delivered at the same time as orders placed through the school. Orders may take a minimum of 14 days from the 'order by date'  to be returned to the school completed. LATE ORDERS  (placed after order by date) are subject to a £3 surcharge which must be added to your order from the menu. Packs will then be specially delivered to school but this may take up to 30 Days. Photographs on the web site of individual children may be blured. This is to comply with school policy on publicity. They are not printed blured!

Delivery Policy
We ship to UK destinations only. Please allow a period of 14 days for delivery (We aim to deliver in 4 Days) . Prices include: all processing, framing, packaging and distribution as detailed.
At particularly busy times of the year and for certain items, please be aware that delivery may take up to 30 days though we will inform you of any delays. We cannot take responsibility for delayed items due to postal disruptions.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as refunds will not be given without very good reason on prints or file transfers due to the custom nature of the product and the ability to illegally reproduce images. If you do have any queries please contact us to discuss your options.
